CARE

Due to the delicate nature of natural dyes, we recommend washing sparingly and gently by hand at a maximum of 37 ºC. If possible, use a detergent formulated for silk or pure green soap – avoid softener. Iron with steam to smooth out wrinkles. Avoid hanging the product in direct sunlight for extended periods.

The brand is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling of the garment. All packages are accompanied by usage instructions.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE – PRICES

All products sold through our website and e-shop are handmade in our workshop. On each product page, you can find details about its features and materials used. If you want more information, you can email us at info@thebotanicalproject.gr.

The prices shown include VAT (24%). We make every effort to ensure that all information is correct, but minor errors in prices or descriptions may occur. If you notice a product with an unusually low price without an apparent reason, please contact us before placing your order.

Some special sales or clearance offers may be labeled as non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHODS – SHIPPING METHODS

Payment Methods:

A) Credit or Debit Card Payment
We accept Visa & MasterCard. All transactions are processed in a secure environment of the cooperating bank. You will be asked for your card details (number, expiry date, and CVV). The charge is made only after the card validity and availability of funds are verified. If the transaction is declined for any reason, the order will not be completed.

B) PayPal Payment
When choosing PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page to complete your payment. If the transaction is declined, the order will not be completed. PayPal payments are governed by the PayPal service terms and cannot be combined with other payment methods.

C) Revolut Payment
When choosing Revolut, you will be redirected to Revolut’s secure page to complete your payment. Payment is authorized only after successful verification. If declined, the order will not be completed.

D) Bank Transfer
You may transfer funds to an Alpha Bank account:

Your order will remain on hold until the deposit is confirmed. Please send us the deposit receipt to thebotanicalprojectgr@gmail.com, including your order number and full name to facilitate the process.

Order Shipment:

Your order will be shipped via a cooperating courier company within 5 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer and depend on the postal code of the shipping address.

A) For shipments within Greece, the customer pays shipping costs ranging from €2.50 to €3.50.
B) For shipments within Europe, the customer pays €15.00.
C) For worldwide shipments, the customer pays €20.00.
D) For purchases within Greece exceeding €100, shipping is free. For purchases outside Greece exceeding €300, shipping is also free.

If there is a significant delay in shipment on our part, we will inform you by phone or email. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or the courier company’s responsibility. If the information provided during the order is incorrect, delivery may fail, and the company is not responsible. In case of re-shipment, the costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receipt by returning the original purchase document (receipt or invoice).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the company with a clear email titled “Order Cancellation” at info@thebotanicalproject.gr.

The returned product must:

Not have been used.
Be in excellent condition, as before sale.
Be returned in its full original packaging (box, contents, etc.) without damage or alteration.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products customized for the specific customer.
Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

If the above terms are not followed, the company reserves the right to refuse cancellation or return of the order.

Return Options:

Full Refund: You can request a full refund of the amount spent. For electronic payment methods (PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, Klarna, etc.), the amount will be refunded automatically through the same method.
Exchange for Another Design: Choose any available design from our collections. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us first.

Refund processing takes 2–6 days from the day the product is received.

Pack it using the original received package (be eco-conscious!) and return it within 7 days of receipt. You are free to use any postal service you prefer (shipping fees are covered by you) or use one of our recommended methods for easier shipping.

Offer for Greek Customers: Send the parcel via Geniki Taxydromiki with recipient charge.

Once received, we will process your request and send confirmation by email. Please check your junk mail occasionally, as our emails may end up there.

Important Note: Ensure all original tags are attached, the item is clean, and the original order receipt or packing slip is included.

Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION – PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Cancellation of Completed Order:
If the customer wishes to cancel a completed order, they must email us within 24 hours of completion at thebotanicalprojectgr@gmail.com, titled “ORDER CANCELLATION”, including the unique order code.

If payment was made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
If payment was made otherwise, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.

The company reserves the right to verify customer information and refuse future service in case of repeated cancellations of more than 3 orders.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the site and e-shop (images, texts, graphics, designs, photos, videos, products, etc.) is the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, reselling, or any use of the content without written permission is prohibited. Distribution by any means is protected by international and Greek laws and is forbidden without authorization.

Use of content for advertising, commercial, or other purposes is allowed only after prior written approval from the company.
