The Botanical Project will accept returns and exchanges on all items if you are not satisfied with your purchase according to the right of withdrawal.
Within 7 days after delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition including tags.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi
Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a
way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

RETURN/RECLAIM SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping charges on returned and reclaimed items are at the customer’s expense.

REFUNDS

Refunds for returned product will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s account. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
